Judit Pávics

I was born in 1964 in Pécs, Hungary. At the age of 10, I was accepted into the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest. After earning my ballet diploma, I joined the Hungarian State Opera House in 1984, where I danced with the ballet company for 28 years. I performed in productions such as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Giselle, La Bayadère, and Don Quixote. I also had the honor of dancing in works by world-renowned choreographers, including Maurice Béjart, Robert North, Boris Eifman, and Jiří Kylián. Throughout my career, I studied and worked under internationally acclaimed ballet masters, such as Pyotr Gusev, Vladimir Vasiliev, Aurora Bosch, Boris Bregvadze, and Slava Muchamedov.

As an active ballerina, I began working with children, and today, I run a private school where I see ballet teaching as a mission.
